What is a radiofrequency facial?
The radiofrequency facial is a popular non-invasive, non-surgical option to help tighten loose skin around the forehead, eyes, cheeks, mouth, jawline and jowls, it has been approved by the FDA for reducing the appearance of wrinkles.
How does it work?
The radio frequency machine creates radio waves these heat up the dermis layer of your skin, this stimulates the production of collagen and elastin to help improve signs of wrinkles and sagging skin.

Anyone with mild to moderate signs of ageing skin.
How long does the radiofrequency skin tightening last?
You may see changes in the skin straight away but the most significant changes will come later. The effects of the treatment will continue to improve over the next few months as the skin produces new collagen skin can continue to tighten up to 6 months after your treatment.
Is it painful?
The process is not painful, you may get minimal discomfort from the heat that is produced.
How often should I have treatment?
It depends on what effect you want to achieve. If you need to build up collagen to reduce fine lines and wrinkles or reduce scarring a course of treatments is advisable and the quicker the results will be. For most clients, the frequency is 4-6 weeks.
What will my skin look like after the treatment?
You may have some redness afterwards which disappear after within 24 hours
What should I do after my radiofrequency facial?
- Refrain from tanning or prolonged skin exposure for two weeks
- Apply suncream to the treatment area for up to 2 weeks to avoid sun exposure
- Refrain from laser treatments
