What is micro-needling?

After a micro-needling treatment

Your skin may feel warm and tight and look red for one to three days, during this period use a gentle cleanser and moisturiser. Avoid swimming, strenuous exercise, sunbeds, saunas, steam rooms, and sun exposure for 72 hours post-treatment. You can wear make-up 24 hours after the treatment.
